HM Treasury, in full Her Majesty's Treasury, informally The Treasury, is the United Kingdom government department responsible for developing and executing the British government's public finance policy and economic policy. The Treasury maintains the Combined Online Information System (COINS) containing a detailed analysis of departmental spending under thousands of category headings.

I want to state that your funds approve order has been placed under the jurisdiction of the HM Treasury to authoritatively sign and transfer your funds into your designated account and it is now under my control to assist you in making a proper documentation to make your claim genuine as a bonafide foreign beneficiary to the said fund without going through any problem of any kind. Therefore, we are the only investigating and endorsing body authorized to assist you in claiming and receiving your funds as other processing participants have failed to comply with the international transfer regulation which has resulted to placing your funds on withheld state.
